ZEAG MEDIA Inc. (hereinafter “ZEAG MEDIA”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an Afro-Caribbean online radio station based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is committed to protecting its users' privacy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec's Bill 25 (if applicable to Quebec users), the directives of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and Ontario provincial consumer protection laws. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and provide access to your personal information when using our website (zeagmedia.ca), our radio streaming services, Zeag Store (sale of custom gadgets with ZEAG MEDIA logos), and our social networks (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok @zeagmedia, YouTube/Twitch/X @zeagmedia).

Catalog: custom Zeag Media products. Stock verified in real-time. Customization: logo engraving/embroidery on request (+5 days, non-returnable). Digital products: non-refundable.

Zeag Media offers a voluntary satisfaction policy beyond Ontario legal requirements. All returns require prior authorization (RMA) via support@zeagmedia.ca with Order # + photos.
Contact within 14 days → RMA Authorization → Ship with proof → refund within 7 days after inspection. Refund: product price only. Exchanges possible depending on stock.
